Can the badge be of any size?
Laser cutting allows the badge to be implemented in any shape. Laser cutting also prevents the edges from fraying. We can also make a cut in the middle of the badge.
Why is 100 pcs the minimum quantity?
This is due to reasons of production technology. We use large machines where small series waste more material and increase prices.
What alternatives are available for fixing the badge?
Most of the badges are ordered so that the customer self sews the badge in the product. However, the badges are also available with an adhesive back (iron-on-labels), Velcro® strip, two-sided Velcro® strip (as used in some sports footwear) where the badge has the hooked side and the garment has the soft side; we can supply both if desired. Self-adhesive labels are only recommended for temporary use, e.g. for trade fairs and the like. A clip can also be affixed on the back of the badge so that it can be fixed on the edge of a pocket, for example, just like name badges. A safety pin is also a possible means of fixation.
What is merrowed edge?
A merrowed edge is thicker than an ordinary embroidered edge, and merrowing goes around the edge to the backside. Merrowed edge is suitable for the more usual badge sizes, such as round and rectangular, but it cannot be used for badges cut into irregular shapes.
Do you apply a programming charge?
